4/22/08 - Getting started

I just came across the 101 in 1001 group on Ravelry and wanted to get involved. I hadn't heard of this before, but really like the idea. Years ago, I read an article in a scrapbooking magazine about a woman who put together a list (can't recall how many things on it) of things she wanted to do in her lifetime. It included things like having another child, drinking a martini, taking a certain vacation, and so on, both big things and small things. I never got around to the scrapbook part of it, but I'm making a list in my head. Since the group I found is on a knitting & crocheting website, many of the items on lists are fiber-related, and I have plenty of those in mind as well.

So this blog will be my 101 in 1001 notebook - I'll keep my list here, and update the blog with new posts as things change.
